Schutzen Rifle Questions

Need some help getting information on a the maker of a Schutzen. Does anyone know about the maker J GREGER with a town of manufacture of DILLINGEN, Germany I think. I have included a link to some pics below.

Does anyone know what the lever behind the triggers is for?

  don't know anything about the rifle or the manufacturer. you would probably get a better response in the "ask the experts" forum.
  
  I haven't seen the lever you're talking about, but being a precision target rifle, it may be a secondary trigger to put tension on the primary trigger. when you have the sights lined up on the target, that makes the first trigger veery light (hair trigger) to enhance accuracy.
