Ohio Sex Solicitors Ordered to Wear Chicken Suits

A Painesville, Ohio, judge known for dishing out quirky sentences is making no bones about what he sees as a fowl crime.
Municipal Judge Michael Cicconetti has ordered three men accused of soliciting prostitutes to wear chicken suits in lieu of a 30-day prison sentence, the Houston Chronicle reported.
The alleged johns will also have to carry a sign saying, "No Chicken Ranch in Painesville," a jab at the "World Famous Chicken Ranch" fatladyhouse in Nevada, the Houston Chronicle reported.
"We're trying to send a strong message that we won't tolerate this activity in the city," said Painesville probation supervisor David Washlock told the Chronicle.0 -

how really on target....bet the defendants came to court wearing a suit, a halo, carrying a bible, & swearing they were only trying to save these wretches from a fate worse than death.......... 0 -
I don't think that should be allowed, as part of a "punishment" or "sentence" or whatever, it should be covered under "cruel and unusual punishment". they shouldn't be able to say "we want to send a message about ..." when figuring out what to do, just sentence them to a fine or jail like normal, no chicken suits, ok? I think the offenders have a case about their civil rights being violated. 0
