How do you restore/get back the progress bar at the bottom of the screen? XP2000.

  you have to have the picture uploaded to the internet somewhere. for example, I put my pics in a free account at photobucket.com.
  
  then make a post and type in the URL of the picture. any picture, anywhere on the internet. if you just leave it like that, you get a link to the picture, which will open up in a new window.

  you need to highlight the URL and click on the little box up there that looks like a yellow square with a triangle pointing at it. it will automatically put [ img] before it and [ /img] after it (without the spaces) so when the post is posted, it shows a picture instead.
