What makes more noise when you go up the stairs, the stairs or your knees. For me it's knees.

  go down the stairs....less problem...maybe backing up the stairs is the same????

  Stairs don't make noise, so for me, it's definitely the knees. [V]

  i have problems with both knees, the doctors tell me they both need replaced. but i keep pluging along. i get a creek out of the steps and a crack out of my knees[:D][:D][:D][:D]
