I sold mine for $80 to pay my rent in college. That was 25 yrs ago, wish I had it back. Nice gun.

I just refinished the wood on one I bought 17 years ago for $150.oo. The gun was like new and I knew a deal when I saw it.[:p]
Trying to find some 7/8" rings to mount the Weaver RV7 I bought for it last week.
These rifles are built the way Gawd meant for a rifle to be built.

I've wanted a 39 since I was a wee boy. When I started looking for one in the late 80's, they were selling for 250-400. My thinking is that if I come across a good one for less than 300, by it.

P.s. I like the peep. Was thinking of putting one on my riffle, but I like to snipe squirrels at distance, so on goes the scope.
