A LIFE. No seriously though I hate christmas What Id wish for is a woman to spend it with but realistically I want a .300 weatherby mag rifle. (the reason I hate christmas is it always costs me a fortune and there is always a family fight at christmas as there has been for the past 3 years)

Cyclonus-Christmas does not have to cost you a fortune. Budget and stay within your means. Why the family fight every year? Hope it goes better for you this year.

OOps accidentally deleted my own reply (No, you didn't. nunn) anyhow as I said before
I dont like christmas because every year there is a fight the year of the wreck my dad was really peeved and all I heard was that guy ruined christmas then the year after that I had exactly 300$ to my name and my mom assured me christmas would not be a dissapointment but it was I got regifted by them not spending any money but gave me 2 old game systems they already had as well as old games I already played she did this because I had lost both of them systems in bradford when the apartment was robbed. All the while I got to watch my brother and them open brand new stuff that was bought not regifted. I really was mad she said I wouldnt be dissapointed and did not get me one thing on my list not to mention I tell them every year NO MORE VIDEOGAMES I really hate them I beat them all in one day and I get so mad I curse at the tv while playing them. But every year all I get is more and more video games Heck I wouldve been thrilled if they would have just bought me a sizable gift card to gander mountain or dicks but no I get regifted instead. My parents had already bought gifts for me to give to people and themselves and wanted compensated which cost me my last 300$ that I had been saving for a new car which I needed desperately. Like I said I really hate christmas because of all the fights. And even after that I had to use The Christmas money I recieved to buy a plane ticket back to arizona. (its probably abundantly clear now why I hate christmas) I really hate fighting over the holidays and I will not be spending this year with them because of this. I really dont know what to do to avoid this problem otherwise.

You do seem to focus on the negative an awful lot. nunn

    A vacation without kids![:D]

It's been 2 years since I had one and it was only for 2 days while I went to the Super Bowl.

I could use a good week or so of a break![;)]

Well apparently We cant even get along at thanksgiving. I tried telling them I cant afford Christmas this year. And yet once again they were already finished christmas shopping. Yet again they bought more video games for me despite how much I hate video games they did it for the 5th year in a row. Well in this case the joke is on them I dont have any system anymore I traded it off months ago. So I will be returning EVERYTHING. If they get mad They can just keep all of the money, because its just not worth the aggravation anymore. I honestly dont remember a non dissapointing christmas except when I was under 10 when video games were rare.

I deleted your post because of your ill-concealed profanity. You put it back. I edited out the profanity, and made some notes in red, and added my name so you would know I did it.

For the record, when I (nunn) edit a post, since I am an Admnistrator, the forum software does not automatically identify me. I can edit a post in complete anonymity if I so choose. If one of the Modertors edits a post, there will be an "Edited by..." tagline at the bottom of the post.

I am sorry for the profanity Nunn I really am I just get soo stressed out during the holidays (I know its no excuse) In the first instance I was qoutting my father directly I should have wrote he said that (insert insult here and here) ruined christmas for me.

I am truly sorry for the strife between you and your father. If he is any kind of a man, he is hurting as much as you are, maybe more.

Well the thing is Nunn I want to be close to him I really do but he is just so hard to talk to he always has been. The only way you can get a conversation with him is if absolutely nothing is on in the room besides the lights otherwise its like talking to a brick wall. That and he has a way of talking down on people where everytime I tell him things he makes me feel like an idiot and I know im not stupid by any stretch of the imagination. The main reason I dont like doing anything with him is that he is extremely competitive (which takes the fun right out of any games for me) And when he loses at anything he flips out. (yet he probably wonders why I dont like playing video games with him or board games) Especially since the last time I beat him at anything a fist fight ensued. All I can really do is distance myself from him but I dont want to do that at all. Its just like his father but not exactly His father was so depressed during holidays that a few tried to avoid being with him and they distanced themselves. I didnt do that persay but I felt uncomfortable being there. Then on the week I planned to go skeet shooting with him he was killed in an accident. Im not gonna say I hate my father even though sometimes I feel that way and I dont want to lose him the way I lost his father.

That last listing...............the Raptor II. I picked one of those up about 6 months ago but was the Ultra model. 600 rds through it. One failure to feed. Decent accuracy for a small frame. Light. Easy enough to conceal. Carry everyday. Unless weather is hot and light cloths are needed then I carry the seecamp. Couldn't be happier with a small frame 1911. Pricey but is one pistol I will never get rid of. About time for a new recoil spring and what not. Kimber recommends changing that stuff out every 750 pulls.

    You won't be disappointed.

Nice car to dream about.. I read an article on the Lexus GS450H yesterday. Not as sporty but still kind of cool.
