    Geaux Tigers! My niece (LSU graduate) and I have a mutual understanding; I root for LSU when appropriate and she refrains from defacing our front door, which has a glass panel with the Texas Star.[:D]

    I know the feeling oldcolts. I have several cousins who graduated from LSU, all Texans who have a such serious geaux streak that it would give Justin Wilson cause for pause.

    Our niece lives in Baton Rouge, so we are protected from vandalism most of the time. However, after her last visit (she honored the truce regarding our front door) we found LSU coasters strategically placed throughout our house. We're still not sure if other LSU items are lurking![:0]

    The Tigers can't seem to shake off the Wildcats' threat, although they have managed to lead them most of the game. Kentucky has the ball on their 38 yard line beginning the 4th quarter down by 6, 27-21.

    I didn't watch the game because I was outside having fun mowing my yard. LSU must have read their press clippings and thought it would be a walkover.

    The tigers have danced with defeat for the past couple of outings. Now maybe they'll wake up to the realities that a couple of "walk-overs" early on do not guarantee a perfect season. Other teams are NOT always buffaloed by hype and polls. [:0]
