With me it's usually whatever my latest purchase is....last one was quite a nice Win. Mod. 77 22lr clip fed that I got here on G.B.
Before that a Weatherby Vanguard M.O.A. .243 for a varmint gun.
As far as ONE that I'll always keep......???? My mod. 81 Browning BLR in 308.0 -
My 243 Savage. Shot a pop can at 200 yds, hit the thing dead center both ways. Love the accutrigger. 0 -
My Remington 760 Gamemaster carbine in .300 Savage, my Deer rifle. Approx. vintage = 1954. 0 -
Right now my favorite rifle is my Type 56 SKS with the tapco side folding stock. I wonder if its my favorite because its my only one as of now. As soon as the damn IRS sees fit to send me my damn tax return ill be buying a cz52. I love all older guns, mosins,mauesers, sks, lee enfield...etc 0 -
like git r done i cant really pick one ,like gin ral it usually is my latest purchase which is a win 70 classic in '06 & stainless .
but i find it hard to leave for camp with out my savage bolt in 223 .
my next favorite , currently looking at a ruger 77 skelton stock in 17 hmr .

Win M70 classic featherweight stainless w/walnut stock, 338-06 with custom pencil thin 22" barrel. Grouped 3 in 5/8" with 210 noslers @ a little over 2700. 0 -
My Remington 742 woodsmaster 30-06. Killed four deer with it this year. Hunted with, but didn't even shoot any of my other rifles. 0 -
my remmy model 7 i have a savage model 114 more accurate but the remmy was my first big kill rifle. it was the first and only buck i got. 0 -
My 336 in .35 Rem. Great woods rifle. Made in 71 or so. The action is smooooth!

I enjoy them all to really pick one, they are all fun to shoot and I take every one to the range when I go and put some rounds down range. It takes all day but it sure fun. 0 -
Current favorite os my sawed of 742 (18" barrel) 30-06 with vintage Weaver W3x scope. Not pretty but dependable. It put meat on the table 3 times this year. 0
