Video shows a guy field stripping and reassembling a 1911 (I think) with one hand, in under 1 minute.

Video claims it's a Chechen rebel. I don't know or care. I just think it's impressive.

Jeez....it takes me three times as long as long to get mine apart, two-handed.

  I dint think you could get the slide stop back in a 1911 with one hand. I always need 2 and a screwdriver to push back the spring,

  If you lose a hand in combat you can still "rack" your .45 by pushing the rear sight firmly against something solid.
  
  The CZ-100 actually has a feature to "charge" it one handed...
