my Court/Union case looks shot
Our local "bargaining unit" President for us Fed Employees picked her own Shop Steward over us....it's a corrupt POS person that no one likes.....except management. We did a petition and had everyone sign it to fire him from being the Union Steward.
The Union said no.....the President holds Executive powers and will keep him. So we did a Unfair Labor Practice complaint against the Union.
Today the FLRA called me and pretty much said they won't do squat. Americans have no right to pick their Representatives.....
