Waiting on the scope mounts (they were shipped seperately from the same place....go figure) so I will be sending it out as soon as they come. Looks just adorable!!!!

That little lady watching over things is my middle child. She has one already. Hers isn't pink though. I happened upon a deal on a used green laminate a while back and she got that one. I'm kind of glad I got that one because my son shoots it pretty often. He has his own guns...but likes to shoot the cricket because of how LIGHT it is. My middle girl there isn't much on shooting.....but she likes to "recieve" firearms as gifts because she knows they are going to be worth money and she is my one and only "thrifty" child. 0 -

That is pics from my phone. I apologize....my techno-free brain can't work the thing properly. I bought my daughter a phone like mine so she could figure the dang thing out for me and teach me about it....but since she is GROUNDED all the dang time I have had to "go it alone." 0 -

I was leaning on the gun rack and trying to get away from the local Piggly Wiggly security guard....while listening to my daughter and son fight over what color the cricket we have at home is...and getting told the phone was for me and being asked whether I was going to go get lunch for everyone or were we ordering pizza (again)....way too much going on right at that very moment.
GOOD NEWS.....scope mount came.....scope put on gun....and boxed up ready to ship. I will be sending it in the morning on the way into the gun store. You should have it by wednesday or thursday at the latest!0 -

I always encourage a young person learn to shoot with open sights first, then learn to shoot with a scope. I know a lot of adults who can't shoot with iron sights because all they ever used was a scope. Therefore, they are horrible pistol shooters.

Locust's an excellent photographer when she needs to be (see any of her auctions). I've noticed the fuzzy photos in posts too, but I'm too lazy to post any photos at all, so I'm not complaining.0 -

Lc I just got back in from camping this weekend the thing looks to cute [:D] Chelsy will love it. I have done recived the guncase and alos some ammo from sarge.

Well im getting ready to start a new job, actually tomorrow or the next day, and ill have a couple hundred extra bucks on my hands, so ill be definately making a gun purchase. Ive been looking at the macs for a while, salivating. My brother can look at any AK and tell what it is. Dont know if my purchase will be here or my local gun store. Depends on where the best deal is. I wouldnt mind getting a hunting rifle, to the shagrin of my brother. He cant stand any rifle that isnt black or look evil. I would like something in .270 or something along those lines. Maybe a 30.06?0 -
