We had broadband in bush Alaska in the mid 90's; I wonder why 50% of the lower 48 is still in the stone age?0 -

I am in the same position of not having fast service available. I once suggested that people just put "link" in the post title and received several hot tips from some intellectual giants. I can't get videos to open and posts with pictures with a gazillion mega pixels.
Also I get frustrated when some gomer starts pulling up posts that date back to 2001 or so. There is no way to tell the date until you open them. Give me a break, I also have the search function.0 -

I am on dial up, and these days, it is a cold, cruel world on the forum. So many of the threads are links to videos.
Of course I can get the high speed on satellite but can't afford it just now.0 -
We dont have dial up.... we have DSL..and bpost, we feel the same way...
