Fillet Mignon on the grill tonite with just a bit of hickory. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Oh, and baked potatoes with salad and cheese taost.[:D]

  Nothing better than hickory wood for grilling. I feel sorry for folks that have never used it.

  Hickory is good but several stores sell chipped Jack Daniel's barrels for smoking, they are great.

  The lil Ewok might get a taste if he's lucky. Hickory is excellent for grilling in my opinion also. Damn straight I got these thing's wrapped in bacon. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM[:D]
