Love them...at least I do...Classic loves the livers...
I will brown the gizzards and hearts, then put them in the slow cooker...once they are nice and tender, I make a gravy for them....yummy...
Classic likes the livers just fried....I like em but not like the gizzards and hearts...
Course the whole chicken gets eaten with us, he loves the white meat, I love the dark meat...he loves the livers, I love the gizzards and hearts, so betwixt and between the two of us, we lick the platter clean..LOL0 -
I don't know about the hearts because I have never tried them but back when I was a carpenter me and my partner would stop at Safeway Deli atleast twice a week and buy a couple pounds of the deep fried gizzards. MMm nnnnnnn MMmmmmuuueh 0 -

i like em' as long as i don't know they're there.... maybe mixed up in a "dirty rice" or a gravy of sorts. other then that, I'm with Pete! 0 -

I like the hearts, but not as well as the liver. Wrap bacon around the liver and bake in the oven. Danged good. 0 -
