Prayers pleaseUpdate

The 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry Division out of Ft. Stewart is heading out for their 3rd tour. The deployment started on Monday and all 4000 +/- will be deployed by the end of the month. I have several friends that headed out on Tuesday and a couple more that will head out anyday now. A former foster son, Preston, has also signed his papers to go over to Iraq instead of the Mexico boarder. Please, no matter what your feelings about this war are, pray for the safe return of our soldiers.

update: MY SON DEPLOYS ON MONDAY.

PLEASE SAY A PRAYER FOR PRESTON'S SAFETY.

Those are my guys, I was a medic in 2-7 INF 1 BCT for 4 years and 2 deployments to Iraq, I am sad they are going back and honestly feel like I am failing them by not going with them even though I was reassingned. They are my soldiers, I pray every day for them and I too have several friends there. GOD Bless all service members serving overseas.

I wish all of our people over there would come home today.

I fear they are not doing any good anymore.

Edit:

Not that they aren't trying or don't want to. I just feel it's a waist of American lives anymore.
