it obviously goes to a power tool, but what is a wrench marked 'titan 773-134' go to?

Titan makes a tablesaw. I wonder if it could be a wrench to loosen the arbor nut.

Yep, or for reaching the arbor nut on a circular saw(Skill Saw). What size is the hex?

big nut is 1/2".
small nut is 3/8"
