    I'll be making my second batch of home brew today - An Irish Stout from Ashville brewers. I'll let you all know how it turns out.

    BTW: I was drinking Michelob Ultra (which really sucks) due to its low carb content until I found out that Miller Lite only has 3 grams of carbs.

    Often accompanied by a good single malt scotch whisky.


    I've found that a lot of beer in the US and Canada... it's like making love in a canoe. It's too durn close to water.

    I'm used to something with taste.

    I think they put more water in it because quite often people are out doing stuff when drinking their beer, so it makes you less thirsty. I noticed that when comparing budweiser to busch: busch had noticeably more water, and busch is marketed more towards the outdoors crowd, specifically NASCAR. so I think american beers would have more water than european beers for that reason.
