had it all done, put together...
was working the action to see if all is smooth and it JAMS!?!?[:0]
the un-jammable ak jammed while MANUALLY working the action?
turns out the left rail had broken its spot welds...the welder didnt seem to be quite right dureing the process, guess i was right!
so back to the shop to re-do it and the welder wont work at all[:(!]
waiting to hear from him that it is fixed so i can finish up

DONE! except to re-blue since it was a flat reciever...
now to scare up a couple clips and some ammo.
need to find another job to pay for ammo around here, this makes 2 i dont have ANY for[:(]...sacrilige!!!

You can use screw's to fix it. Button head allen screw's with a nut on the inside. Use a lil loctite and she'll run like a top. 0
