garage sale find!!

Just picked up a Marlin 1895 45-70 blued with an 18" ported barrel and a Bushnell 1.5 X 6 Scope mounted on it!! Gotta love local garage sales!!
Keep your eyes open I'll be listing it shortly!!

    Just ask the person if they have any firearms or firearm related itams they would like to sell, most of the time they will no put it out but they will sell if you ask.

    There were guns advertised in a "Saturday only" yard sale here last weekend. I was so tempted to go on Friday night, but I waited until Saturday morning.

    An early bird had swooped in 45 minutes before the scheduled start time and snapped up a Stevens 311 20 gauge for $150. The people said they wouldn't have minded had I came by on Friday. DOH!

    Nice find.

    A lady had a rifle and a shotgun at a garage sale last weekend. She said something about a Browning and Remington. I'm not sure, I didn't have her dig them out to look at them, they were both left handed.

    Made over 450 almost 500 bucks last weekend selling stuff we didn't use or replaced with newer stuff.
    Even the grand son made $20 selling old toys and never priced any of them over a $1, most of his came .25cents at a time.
