Can't see
I am right hand dominate and left eye dominate. When I qualified for my FAB I was right eye dominate but over the year it has changed. Now I am having trouble hitting the target at 50 feet and I am hitting to the left at 20. Anyone have any tips for compensating for this shift?

Put a patch over your eye and force it to change back. 0 -
I use a small piece of scotch tape on the left lense of my shooting glasses. It causes enough blur to force my right eye to take over, but is clear enough for me to still be able to see everything. I mostly do this when shooting shotgun, but I have been teaching myself to shoot both eyes open with a handgun as well. 0 -
I got my wife some shooting glasses and painted the painted the lens sure helped her. 0 -
wifey has the same problem.
For a pistol, take a Weaver stance with your right arm straight and stiff - acting like your arm is a rifle stock.
Take a spot-weld with your right cheek pushing hard on your bicep.
Close your right eye and sight with your left.
Works fine for her.

I have the same issue and have to force myself to shoot with my right eye. I didn't even notice that I was doing it left-eyed until an instructor pointed it out. It improved my accuracy quite a bit! 0
