But 1 or 2 survived, my wort is fermenting!
I pitched the yeast too early with the wort temp too high and I thought I killed all the yeast in Sunday's batch of beer. 3 days later there are signs of life in the water lock (bubbling)! Yee ha!
Oh - and I bottled the scotch ale, can't wait to try it!
You guys and gals seriously need to get into this hobby!

The beer that was ressurected is an Altbier German Ale. I just ordered another India Pale Ale which was incredibly good the first time around.
I'll have three batches after that. An Irish Stout (very Guinness like) that I am drinking, the scotch ale that will be ready to drink in 2 weeks and the German Ale that will be bottled early next week. I'm probably going to have to go buy some more bottles.
