Merry Christmas GB family. You guys have blessed my family and I more than we could have ever imagined. I have been truly humbled and somewhat embarrassed by the generosity of you good folks. I have always thought of GB as an extended family.but to tell you the truth, I don't know if I ever really knew just how close of a family that we are. I asked for prayer about my employment situation/health/etc, and you guys/gals not only answered with prayer, but you answered with answered prayer. You have been such a blessing to my family and I. I feel like I need to say more.or do more.I really do not know what to say or how to act. I really wish I was more eloquent with my words.or knew what more to say. I am in awe of God's provision and overwhelmed at your generosity. My wife and I were watching our daughter open her gifts this morning and I looked at Belinda and told her that this all came out of nothing.even the fuel to go to the store to go shopping.not only this, but you helped us to meet some financial obligations that had to be met. Your generosity and God's provision has allowed me to enjoy this Christmas season with my family.and helped to relieve a tremendous amount of stress in my life.
I've tried to email everyone that sent gifts and cards, that I was able to identify. Some of you remained anonymous, and some of you I was not able to match with a user name. Please know that I am eternally grateful for each and every one of you. I sincerely appreciate all of your prayers, words of encouragement, and well wishes.
I have been amazed to watch God move in all of this.in areas that I had no idea He was going to move. Prayer is powerful and effective folks.and we truly appreciate your prayers!!!
I pray that the Lord opens the storehouses of heaven and pours forth so many blessings on each and every one of you that you cannot contain it. Merry Christmas and God Bless You All!!!

Thank you for the greatest of presents -- the opportunity to help where help is called for, and to feel of use. Others may believe there's some other or better point to life, but for me it's living as a decent person and being able to at least hope I'm making the world a slightly better place than it was when I got here.

Eric,.....I also feel that helping someone else made my Christmas for me, as I did not have much of one this year. Through some things that came up workwise, and with family wanting to visit sick folks. I stayed to take care of an old "pooch", and let everyone else enjoy themselves.
I have had MANY good Christmas experiences, so I will survive this trauma![:D][:D]
I am very happy to hear that your daughter had a nice Christmas, and that some of the stress has been relieved for the time being.

It is you that is the blessing to each of us here at GB. God works in ways that we often do not understand but he does so for our own well being. For your family, it was an opportunity to experience his awesome powers brought to you by prayer. For us, it was an opportunity to do His works in a time of need. Ultimately each and everyone that has been a part of this has already been blessed more than you or I can know. Please, do not for one moment feel any embarrassment from anything that has happened here. That is not how it is meant to be, and one should not feel embarrassment about our God and his works. I am sure I speak for all the others here as well as myself when I say that this has been the best Christmas gift we could have been given. God bless you all.0 -
