Just FYI: If you have ever done any type of business with Chase, they're exempt from the "no call" list.

My number does not expire until next year, but I have been getting occasional computer messages on my voice mail. They go on longer than the recording space, so I am not sure who they come from. You can check to see that your number is still on the list.

I only have a cell phone and I only get calls from solicitors that I request call me when there are certain deals available.

Thanks to another money grubbing big company, Intelius, even that may not be private for much longer.

    This is what I got...

"Your phone number with the last four digits xxxx was most recently registered in the National Do Not Call Registry on September 12, 2007. Most telemarketers will be required to stop calling you 31 days from your registration date. Your registration will (or did) expire on September 13, 2012."

so I guess we need to wait till Oct 12.
