H&K holster suggestions

I am going hunting in September and am bringing my USP Tactical as a side arm. I don't have any holsters so am not familiar with them. I want just a hip carry holster type (not concealed) preferrably with room for an extra magazine. I have the tactical which has the threaded barrel extension. I won't be bringing the suppressor (too much trouble - out of state) but I would like to put my flashlight/laser unit on the gun.

I've seen a few lower leg tactical type holsters and am wondering if anyone has ever hunted with one of these - seems to me it might get in the way.

BTW: This will be my first hunting trip.
