Job Interview!

I have an interview tomorrow for basically a CIO position. If I get it, I'll have to have a giveaway.

    Good luck!

    Friday is the last day of school for me, then I'll be edjewkatid. I'm looking for work myself, so I know what you mean.

    I had a good interview last Wednesday... I'm hoping something will pan out from it.

    Whelp, I had the interview. They loved me and an offer will be forthcoming. However, the company is tiny and I think that I will pass. Unless they give me some ungodly sum of money which I doubt.

    Damn, I had high hopes.

    CIO - Chief Information Officer - it is the head of IT (computers). Doesn't mean much in a small company, but in a large one, it is quite a lucrative position. Typically includes $200k plus salary, golden parachute, stock options, etc.

    I already have a really good job so I am not pressed.

    It's all good. It is a beat-up position. Most in the field will tell you it stands for "career is over"

    Actually, any company that has a CIO would pay them upwards of $200k. I am talking about real companies not some 5 person garage company where the founders pick their own titles.
