Student: I want to go to hell
English teacher Denise Kovanda who teaches in Fillmore Central High School in Geneva Nebraska had an assignment for her students. Create a brochure for a place you would like to visit.
However when Michael Sattler, 16 turned in his project which included glossy photos, a good layout and correct information, he was given a zero. The reason for his zero? Teacher Denise did not like the brochure because he kept using the word hell all over the brochure.
That's because his brochure was about Hell Michigan. Sattler's parents sent a copy of the brochure to the mayor of Hell Michigan John
Colone. His thoughts, "It was good. It had all the right information on it. The layout was great. It had good pictures. It was creative."
Colone sent the boy a box full of Hell merchandise to share with his
classmates and a "Grumpier Than Hell" coffee mug for Kovanda, but
principal Jim Rose intercepted the box and says he'll send it back
unopened
