that thing on top of an entry door

What is it called? It is an arced piece of millwork that attaches above the door on some homes (mine) and I need a new one (decorative piece).

The old one is rotted but I don't know what it is called. Perhaps a capitol? Mine is about 6 feet wide and maybe 3 feet at the top with a fan arch. Does anyone know where I'd buy one of those? Home depot doesn't have them.

  if not pre-cut at home repot, you can probably go to a custom cabinet shop and have them make one. they can probably even duplicate it exactly to match it (and all the other ones on your house). take along a peice of the old one so they can stain it to match. (if it's not painted)
