Moose is a staple in this house, But there is something about
antelope, soooo tender. Big horn sheep is a favorite around here too.0 -
Had bighorn sheep for the first time a year ago. Got some marinating in the fridge as we speak. It is very good.
Heres a pic of the sheep, a buddy of mine harvested the animal, I was just lucky to be along to cape out and pack off the mountain.0 -
antelope is better than deer meat imho
