Great pics RUGERGUNZ! We saw a doe and baby yesterday. Cute little buggers. With as little grass as you have there, I'd be pissed, too![:o)]

Guess they'd already ripped up their own grass and was in search of more.[;)]

Honestly, some people shouldn't be parents.

After the pics finalllyyy loaded, edited to add: I'd be tempted to put them young'ns in the freezer.lol

Is there such a thing as "Venison Veal"?

Yes, there is Venison Veal. But you would not BELEIEVE the price of the stuff! Had a cousin that decided to try some. Cost him $1000 (and his shotgun, his hunting license, and his car)[:p]

Neat pictures. What state? Wish I lived where the game visited. Just have Quail and Ducks that stop by as long as I keep lots of food out for them.

Thanks. This is in Downeast Maine. I have had lots of deer visit since I moved in. I havent been feeding them, but they eat alot of the tree tops that I cut down.

I like to see them, but also don't want to get too attached, as I plan to hunt here this season. Won't feel good if I can ID my supper from photos around my house.

Ahhh, Maine! That explains why there isn't any grass! The snow just now melted! [}:)][8D]

Nah, it has been nice here for awhile. I can't afford grass, the gravel that you see had to be trucked in. I need lots more and then loam on top before grass. It will be years before I have to worry about mowing.

I sometimes wish it were that way here in the ozarks. I cleared a large parking area, and trucked in 1"- limestone. Two yrs later it once again looked like part of the yard. Redid it, two yrs later same thing. I gave up and let people park on the grass, still dang nice yard.lol
