Today I lifted my leg to fart. Tomorrow I might pick up my arm to pick my nose, I don't know we'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Ha, passed!! 11:25 mile and a half, 54 push ups, and 45 sit ups. I think my composite score was 86.7.

Congrats on a job well done! My last one was 88 ... not bad for an old fart like me [:p]. I read the new fit program, it is going get tougher but does not explain the implementation strategy ... sure glad that I am now retired [^].

    Keep up the good work.

Is that a requirment for all active duty AF folks? Had an active duty getting ready to retire in a couple of months come by hunting a job with us a couple of weeks ago. If he could have done over 10 pushups or 20 situps, I'd be very surprised, looked really overweight and out of shape.

Fitness test today at 1500, not thrilled at all. I've been getting to the gym 3-4 times a week, but work's been kicking my ass lately. All I need is a 75 to pass, should be able to pull it off.

I hope it goes well for you, but 75 to pass? wouldn't 79 look better at your promotion board? Run Fast!

Today I am going to work out hard watching college football and doing curls with my beer.

Yes, it is. Below is the link to the old chart. The only difference is that they no longer have the marginal and is now directly link to the performance rating.
