It had to be fate!!

There was a S&W Model 15-3 Combat Masterpiece at my local gunshop for a couple of days just sitting there. [:)] Probably NRA 75% or 80%. They wanted $358.00......Don't know if that was too much or not. Doesn't sound like too much. Not too crazy about the short barrel and I've got it's twin with a 4 inch barrel in better shape. It was still there at closing time on saturday.

This morning, after sweating all day sunday, I dug up a coffee can and counted out the money and drove down and the shop was closed!! Some kind of doctor's appointment. FATE!! I'm not supposed to have this gun. [:(][:(] Am I better off? [?]

    You are right. [:I][:)] It must have been temporary insanity...my thinking. I'm going back this morning. I know how it will be, though. I'm going to actually touch it. My hand will be shaking like the first time I touched Louise's hand back in grade school. My palms will be sweaty like when I offered her a bite of my fudgesickle. (A real fudgesickle, guys [}:)]) In the end, I know that when I take this old Model 15 in my hands, I am lost. I will buy it.......[:p][:p] I need professional help. [:(][:(]
