Not many people eat a steak with rosemary, I started two years ago and havent looked back.
Although I will NEVER leave one one for more than 5 minutes.
Its usually 2 min flip, 2 min flip, 1 min done.0 -

Too much fire time for my taste, I like mine bloody rare, a couple of hisses on each side and it's good to go. 0
