Leleand Isengerg gave-up.Their was no bomb... Just a crak-pot lookin to Hillary to give a better look at "MENTAL-HEALTH" issues....

  Is it any surprise there was no bomb?
  He bought road flares from the hardware store before going in, they had this information(about the flares) hours ago.
  
  I was guessing he taped the flares together and tried to pass them off as sticks of dynamite or pipe bombs etc.
