Police Corruption wins today
My brother in law was hit some time ago by a car driven by a drunken Government of Guam employee.....the guy works at the DMV doing registrations of all things and was drunk as a skunk in the middle of the day....hit my brother in law.
When the cops showed up they annotated on the police report the guy admitted he drank 5 beers....then they did a quick field sobriety and let him go....then they charged the kid!
Well the kid went to traffic court....1st time the cop didn't show. 2nd time nobody showed...and the 3rd time....the entire Guam Police Department showed up...and repeated that they did a "field sobriety" and let the GovGuam driver go.....they laughed at the kid illustrating that the local Chamorro people on Guam can do anything and get away with it.
I hate Government Corruption. It's a little worse over here than in the States. Little may be an understatement.

Those por people learn by observing. They've watched as the military covered everything, you name it and it was covered up. So now they know how to cover and we're mad? Oh, so sorry. Give the place back to Japan and save about 3 billion dollars in tax money. 0 -
