    That's one of those "selling services" that takes stuff from the public and lists them for a fee. You're right, though, they should know the wacky ebay rules. But I have people tell me all the time--when I'm wishing to sell a gun--that I should "sell it on ebay." Apparently a lot of folks are uninformed as to ebay's politics and agendas. [V]

    Isn't it ok if they send it overseas? They say they will. I sent an email to alert them of potential problems, under my ebay name BATF.

    Sometimes things slip through. I have bought a couple of weapons off eBay. One was an antique revolver. From Canada of all places. EBay depends on snitches to tip them off whenever something good comes up. You can bet some worthless POS contacted them on the rifle.
