    Yeah, it is the one on the left that I am not sure.
    I have seen them before but not sure how to use it or what compound if any to use on it.

    I can't tell by looking what it's made of, but I've seen leather wheels that are used for high speed stropping, ir cardboard that you glue a grit on for sharpening.

    There's also a compound that you can put on a wheel that will actually grind (throw sparks) with.

    Their is a "wax/fine abracive" that goes with that machine.U run it on the wheel, then go to polishin... That there is a small one .My buddy has a polishing business, and he uses a 4.5HP one.[:0]
