Homier Distributing Customer Service
Hope you never need parts or answers to tech questions. They cant get a parts order correct in four attempts.
They don't return calls either.
They insist that parts supplied are correct for a pancake air compressor even though the new parts don't correspond to the drawing or parts list in a new manual.
The Chinese have either redesigned and changed the cylinder, head, gaskets & valves or someone has incorrect parts in the parts bins.
One would think that's easy enough to confirm but they won't do it.
It's fruitless to try and reason with their female service personnel.

It can be quite trying dealing with vendors who don't speak English! You might want to try scanning your parts exploded view and circling the parts you need, and include a picture of the broken part, this will eliminate the language barrier problem.

These women do speak English but lack ability to understand details of their products. They are allegedly customer service personnel
but don't understand a complaint and don't seem to want to.
I'll try a letter to their CEO and hope it'll bounce down to a techie
with his boss's endorsement.0 -

V, Try including any information you can, a picture is truly worth a thousand words, I sometimes have to 20 question a customer to figure out who the manufacturer of a machine is, sometimes it boils down to the color of paint! and a picture that can be forwarded to the vendor will often straighten things out, and there is a good chance the person your talking to is not the person who is dealing with the vendor, sometimes you will be dealing with a sales agent in China, and he (the guy in China) could be dealing with several manufacturers!

V35,
I live about 6 miles from their home office and serve on a couple of financial boards with two of their office people.
I can't give you any guarantees, but if you want to e-mail me the list of parts you need and the circumstances of your claim, I'll be glad to try to expedite the situation for you.
Again, no guarantee, but it might be worth the effort.
I'll be right across the road from the office for lunch tomorrow, and I'll be in the area again Friday afternoon.0 -
