Here are the two different bolts used by Winchester on/in the Model 70's.

Top one is a push feed bolt from a Model 70 Featherweight .270. This type of bolt can be found on the cheaper priced Winchester rifles.

Bottom is a controlled round feed from a Model 70 Featherweight Classic 7 mm WSM. The bottom is more desirable due to the "claw" extractor.

"... most of the other modle are control round feeds.."

That is not entirely the case when it comes to Model 70's.
The Featherweights come in two versions. The Featherweight Classics have the controlled round feed bolts.

I had to laugh when Winchester closed their plant in New Haven and the frenzy was on for the Featherweights. I watched people running bids up to well over a grand for a NIB Model 70 Featherweight while a NIB Featherweight Classic of the same caliber was listed just below it and was being passed over. My only guess would be that they saw the Name Featherweight and thought that they were all the same.
