    I assume you mean "law". Under Virginia law, any toy that replicates a real firearm IS a firearm when used in an illegal manner such as brandishing, assault, armed robbery, etc., and is prosecuted accordingly. Tennessee law is probably similar. That stupid woman could be charged with assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm on school property. I have no sympathy for her.

    If some NUT JOB came into my young child's classroom and did this stupid thing she did....I can tell you FOR A FACT that I would be one heck of a mad lady. I really don't know what I would do. I am certain that if she knew anything about me she wouldn't stop for any reason until she were VERY far away and wouldn't come back.....ever.
