    Thats how an auction works in America.
    I go to a lot of live auctions and see people getting mad when someone keeps bidding higher.

    Ok tomahawk, SINCE you seem to be pressing me for a word of advice too, here it is.

    I don't think Jake was seriousy bidding on the item. Perhaps it was more of a joke OR giving a friend a hand boosting the auction. The fact remains your CHILD was BIDDING on an auction, and stated "it's mine boys" indicating a serious bid.

    I don't care if someone DOES outbid me. I bid the dollar amount I am willing to pay. If they want it more than me, all the better for Locust Fork.

    The EXCUSE you are illiterate at bidding on auctions is weak. I personally don't belive you are that dumb that you can't grasp the concept of bidding on GB. Your son is implying to me, and everyone, that you are ignorant on how to use this auction site. I personally wouldn't tolerate that from MY children and would teach them a lesson in manners quite quickly to that fact. (Tanning their arse would fix that quick)[:(!]

    I find it amusing that you seem to run to Locust Fork crying about me chewing on your child. Seems your son has MORE fortitude than you. He may have been snotty to me, but at least he spoke his peace directly to me, not running and crying to the teacher. Perhaps you could take lessons from him. [:I][}:)]
