    Well there is many more questions that need answerd.

    Is the gun a Pre 86' transferable MG? If it is NOT, then there is NO legal way to do it.

    Now if it is a transferable MG there you can legaly do it and I will let one of the Class 3 dealers talk about it. Here is a little info on NFA transfers after a death http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/faq2.htm#m10 .

    I am just asking questions that were put out by someone in the store. I haven't messed with any class three guns myself (other than what my father owned back a long time ago.)

    I have thought about getting a license to be able to do transfers for our area. I don't think there is a person left around here that is able to do anything class three any more.
