Moldy GREEN BEAN colored Ithaca!!! pics!
THIS IS A 16g ITHACA 37!!! It is in WONDERFUL condition....just a puke-like green-bean color. If I have it re-done it makes it look like I found it in a pond somewhere and brought it back to life. So.....would you guys re-do this one or not????

Depends on what it's worth as-is. 0 -
I wanted to do a "set" auction....with both of the 37s I have. I want to get about $500 for the pair....but I also want whiter teeth and to loose 10 lbs in my sleep. It wouldn't cost me much to have the re-blue done. My gunsmith is a real angel....I just don't want to make the gun look like it was in bad shape. 0 -
I like it the way it is. Maybe it's an old Army shotgun? 0 -
I think I'll leave it for the "owner" to decide. What makes this green anyway??? 0 -
It's not easy being green. 0 -
Wow! Between that and the Orange MAS you had awhile ago your really pulling out some odd colors of the rainbow. You have anything in Purple? One of my daughters loves Purple, even if its not in a rainbow.[;)] 0 -
I love Ithacas. What chokes do they have? Fixed I assume?
If I were to get my hands on a green Ithaca like that, I would go ahead and pick up the Blue Wonder gun bluing kit and reblue it myself at home.0 -

Got a similar 37. My ol Dad removed the old blue and the result was something akin to your gun's color.
I say leave it . It has character.
Mine is staying as is.

The 16 is a full choke...and the 20 is Improved Cylinder. 0
