I have an winchester model 94. It is the lonestar commemorative. It has the gold plated action. It also has the octogon barrel and the saddle ring. The dates 1845 and 1970 are stamped on the left side of the gun. I am curious how much the gun is worth. It has been shot.

The gun is in great shape. There is a couple small scratches on the butt of the gun.

There are a bunch of 94 Commeratives. Gun trader's Guide lists yours as 30,669 made in 1970. NIB, $580, Ex $463, Gd $335. In general. value of MOST commeratives drops sharply in anything other than NIB condition.

I have several of those going on right now...check out my auctions and you will get an idea. I know you can look and see my closed auctions if you know where to go. You will see all kinds of Commemoratives so you can get an idea. Pictures are KEY in selling any of these types of guns!!! These are NOT shooters so people are looking for a "put up" gun....get good pics or don't try to sell it.
