Tazer holster problem.....any ideas?

The city of Birmingham has a shortage of holsters that will work for their tazers. One of the local officers has asked me to find him a holster that he can carry his in. It is an X2L with camera...and it has to have a secure type holster...something with a strap or cover.

These things are HUGE....so I don't know what will fit. It also HAS to have belt loops large enough for the wide duty belt to go through. Who can think of something?

If I get the "drop style" holster it will have to be left handed because his Glock is on his right side.
