Some "Brady" crap released today has made news!
Some stupid memo released today mentions our store.....so guess what...all kinds of crap is being thrown out by the idiots in the media. NONE of what I have heard "blurbs" of is one bit true. The stupid memo was dated back in 2002 and we have never heard one thing about what they are saying.
I have no idea what will come of this....but I do know I plan on watching all I can stand to of the local fairy tales tonite.

In 2002 some guy bought guns in the store....took them up north illegally and in the memo it says that the "south" needs tougher gun laws. According to two phone calls I now need to watch the news because according to them "a local gun store was BUSTED for trafficing guns" I have never heard of any of this until today.
The slightest mention of our store in a 2002 memo cannot in any way be mistook for a "bust" of any kind. I hope they know the difference.0 -

One mention of being a "bad store" will run some customers off. I can't get anyone on the phone for the station who mentioned us to try and stop it before they do any harm.
I get "hours of opperation" recordings and that's it for channel 42. That is the one that says something about "local gun store busted for trafficing guns....news at 10." I want to give them a good stern warning before that story airs.0 -

I just watched the news....it was garbage (as usual.) On two staitons that I caught there was mention of a "local pawn shop" that was selling guns that ended up in Chicago. It went on to an interview with another store and that guy was telling how....
"why would you sell 6 of the same gun to one person...."
I have no idea what kind of mess they think they are doing....but they are all wrong in every part I can bear to sit through. Not one person has come into our store and bought multiple guns of the same type.....not one person has come in and loaded thier arms up with guns.
I do get an idiot who comes in with someone else and at the end thinks they can step back and let "this guy" buy the gun after they pick it out.....which is a dead stop to the transaction.
I hate this crap......this is one major flaw we have. Why is it a crime for someone to follow our laws then when a bad guy comes along somehow everyone involved is a bad guy. Wherever it is that has a problem with Alabama gun laws needs to just put a fence up around themselves and we'd all be happier!0 -

33/40 didn't mention the store name in their story.
They had a phone response from some guy at brady center. He claims that criminals get someone locally, with a clean record, to buy the guns. Then they trade drugs, or buy them. He basically said " the criminal can be prosecuted, the straw buyer can be prosecuted, but the dealer's aren't".
My blood pressure went up a few points listening to the dumb-ss's remarks.0 -

If I were you I'd pay him a small visit in his establishment and have a few words, in front of his customers, about why he felt it was a good idea to libel you in front of a TV camera. Then I would let him know that he should expect the paperwork from your attorney within the week.
You probably can't beat the Brady Bunch at this game; they're too rich and well-connected. But you can damn well make sure a money-grubbing, self-serving Judas like him has no future in the industry.
