Locust - They make those things pretty close to where I work and they test them at the same range that I use. They are masterpieces.
They had one out there not to long ago. It is a new design in .338 Lapua Mag. The "Design Engineer" (read "Lucky Bugger") was test firing groups at 300 yards. He shot one group that measured about 3/4". The average was around 1". He started complaining that he still had some headspace issues to figure out![:0]0 -
