SUV Stolen-MATEO
Hey guys,
I left my truck (1998 Honda Passport) at the repair center to be repaired. It had been there for about three weeks and somebody climbed the fence and stole it. The repair guys had left the keys in all the vehicles in the back. The people who stole it rammed it through the fence to get it out. In doing this they bust the windshield and did major damage to the vehicle. Not to mention, they blew my engine up. Is the auto repair center liable for this? Should I contact an attorney?? Police found vehicle parked over somebody's house.

Get a lawyer for your State.
It varies from State to State but small business owners usually need liability insurance.
Here in Guam...it's $1 Million minimum. He has a business license....he has insurance....just don't know the level or if your State doesn't require financial backing for a business.
HIRE A LAWYER. Get full repair/replacement costs plus court/attorney fees/ rental car fees/ pain and suffering....you got them by the cahoneys bro.
They are opening a HomeDepot on Guam....here a small business needs a $1 mil liability insurance policy....it costs us $1,000 a year for our nursery. Home Depot is looking for nurseries to supply them when they open in the next few weeks....BUT they want those nurseries to have $2 million in liability insurance.....You are the first person to know this but,......the HomeDepot on Guam....will never sell a live plant. Why sell 1,000 plants at wholesale to HomeDepot....when our business insurance is more than our profit on those plants?
If they decide to try importing themselves....lol....they will find that Guam Customs...burns peoples imports and charges them for it.[:D][:D]
It's a crooked world...with alot of people trying to get funds from liability insurance programs...even the Government.
You would be a fool to not try to get reparations for your loss.
FOOL FOOL FOOL. They have insurance for stupid workers.0
