1. It is Memorial Day weekend.

2. Conveniently enough, a refinery caught fire yesterday.

Last night both The Wife and I were on half-tanks and we filled up.

My little Malibu, for a HALF TANK OF GAS, cost $35 to fill. That's insane.

Last monday I put $45 in the bronco and only got 1/2 tank out of it.

I'm gunna fill up later today as I am down to 1/4 tank left and I'm figureing it will run me about $70.

10 gal gas = $34.00
little run around car is pretty easy to fill

Diesel 35 gal = $111.65
takes two days to fill that pig up, CC machines stop at $50.
I can't drive more that 600 miles in one day. if I do I won't be able to get fuel until the next. unless I use a differnet card.

My Deville takes more than $50 to fill at the moment. Heck, even mowing the yard can get expensive.

it took $40 to fill up my little honda accord thank god i get great gas milage
