Army Ranger bank robber

a former Army Ranger with dual citizenship disappeared...one that robbed a US Bank and fled to Canada...the FBI had been pushing Canada to extradite him....Canada put him on house arrest in his mothers home up there and he disppeared:

There's someone the US should fear....a well trained man with nothing to lose...he's already screwed up his life with no place to flee to.....and apparently has lost it.
