China hacks into US computer system

Well DUH, Like we don't try to hack into theirs. Jeezze, if our systems are vunerable, just do what is neccessary and protect them. Are our computer people that stupid or what. I am NOT a computer nerd but if our info is important, protect it. I am a crypto guy and know the importance of security. Why can't these people protect computer systems?? Tom
